If you’re tired of trying quick fixes and shortcuts, and you’re ready to invest the time, effort, and energy it takes to create an authentic and fulfilling life, a Personalized 1:1 Self-Discovery Program might be exactly what you’re looking for. The goal here isn’t to diagnose, fix, or rescue you. The goal of a 1:1 Program is to provide structure, support, guidance, and accountability as you learn about yourself and begin to apply what you learn in your life. Programs consist of regular 1:1 sessions with Drew, which last approximately 75-90 minutes and may vary in frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly) over the course of the program. Participants will be expected to invest in a variety of practices and experiments in between sessions and will have voice messaging access to Drew for sharing observations, insights, and questions that might arise. Minimum commitment is six months (one year is preferred). If you’d prefer a more succinct experience at this time, please check out the sessions page.

A personalized 1:1 program may or may not be an appropriate replacement for actual therapy (depending upon where you are in your journey). These programs are usually reserved for individuals that have some prior experience with personal growth/development, counseling, and/or recovery (but prior experience is not necessarily a requirement).
