This is

self-discovery.

The goal here isn’t to fix you or diagnose you. The goal here is to provide structure, support, guidance, and accountability as you learn about yourself. Then, as you come to understand yourself better, you’ll begin to show up in your life more authentically and experience the peace and ease that comes from living in alignment with your values and priorities.

Programs consist of weekly 1:1 sessions with Drew, which last approximately ninety minutes, as well as a variety of practices and experiments in between sessions. You’ll also have voice messaging access to Drew for sharing observations, insights, and questions that might arise. Minimum initial commitment is six weeks. Maximum program run time is three months.

If you’d prefer a more succinct experience at this time, please check out the sessions page. A personalized 1:1 program may or may not be an appropriate replacement for actual therapy (depending upon where you are in your journey).
