1:1 Sessions with Drew are a great low-commitment, high-return investment for folks seeking new insights and fresh perspective. The primary purpose of these sessions is to learn about yourself in a way that has practical utility in your life. 1:1 Sessions usually last 60-75 minutes and it’s helpful if you bring a specific topic you’d like to focus on or questions you’d like to explore.
These sessions may or may not be an appropriate replacement for actual therapy (depending upon where you are in your journey), and are not available as an ongoing thing (maximum 3 sessions per individual). 1:1 Sessions are usually reserved for returning students/clients, or for individuals that have not collaborated with Drew in the past and would like to “dip their toes in the pool.” If you’re interested in making a more significant investment at this time, please check out the programs page.

The 1:1 work that I currently do with folks is not therapy. There’s no diagnoses or disorders involved. There’s no fixing or rescuing you. There’s no cosigning bs for a copay. None of that.
This is different.
This is learning about yourself.

This is trusting your intuitive intelligence.
This is learning to honor your natural wisdom.
