1:1 Self-Discovery Sessions

Single sessions with Drew are a great low-commitment investment. They usually last 60 to 75 minutes and it’s helpful if you bring a topic you’d like to talk about or questions you’d like to explore.

Just a friendly reminder:

This isn’t therapy...

This is

self-discovery.

While there will definitely be space and support for whatever it is you’re bringing to the session, the primary purpose of these sessions is to learn about yourself in a way that has practical utility in your life. These sessions may or may not be an appropriate replacement for actual therapy (depending upon where you are in your journey), and are not available as an ongoing thing (maximum 3 sessions per individual).
